The Planning Board voted to grant a second and final 90-day extension for the conditional subdivision approval for 111 Parris Avenue, Chair Andy Martin said at the start of the meeting. "This is the 2nd and final" extension, Martin said, and the approval will remain conditional on the applicant meeting the original requirements by the new deadline.
Board member Yana Gransky, who confirmed there were no changes to the drawings or the application, described the request as "just straight up 90 day extension." Jill explained that village law allows two 90-day extensions and that the extension would move the compliance deadline to Dec. 3; she noted the first 90-day extension expires on Sept. 4 and the next planning board meeting is Sept. 14. After a motion to approve the extension and a second, members present voiced their support and the chair announced, "Motion carries." Martin also said the board could not approve minutes for the meeting because the requisite members were not present and that minutes approval was delayed until September. If the applicant does not meet the conditions by Dec. 3, the application process must start again in full.
