Resident urges city action after persistent pickleball noise near Knox Park

She asked the council to consider the city’s noise ordinance and to act on behalf of affected neighbors. "This is not occasional park noise. It is a sharp, high pitched impulse sound that carries into our backyards and inside our homes 7 days a week," Kalinski said. Council acknowledged the complaint and the item was entered into public comment for further staff follow‑up.
