The City Council conducted second reads and approved three ordinances that Council had placed on second reading by motion. Bill No. 2026‑018 modifies Chapter 25 of the City Code to update personnel regulations as directed in Section 5.2 of the City Charter. Bill No. 2026‑019 establishes an Interfund Loan Policy intended to formalize lending between city funds.
