The Village of North Riverside Development Committee unanimously approved the minutes of its November 17, 2025 meeting and later adjourned the March 2 session at 6:32 p.m.
Trustee Czajka moved to approve the November 17, 2025 minutes and Trustee Sarro seconded; Trustees Bianco, Czajka, Santucci, Sarro and Tricoci voted Aye, with Trustee Canas recorded as absent. No public comments were offered during the public-comment portion of the agenda. Later in the meeting Trustee Czajka moved to adjourn and Trustee Santucci seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Committee Chair Trustee Jason Bianco and the session included presentations from CMAP on a corridor plan; the committee took no formal action on that presentation during the meeting.
