Town Attorney Robert Fisher told the board that the warning for the next hearing will include a site visit and reminded members that "No testimony is done at a site visit." The guidance was offered while the board considered procedural questions about whether the ZBA could accept the current paperwork, including the name of the listed landowner and whether the LLC could hold a homestead claim.
Attorney Ron Ferrara then withdrew the application, saying Mr. Roberts would change ownership and submit a clean permit with additional photographs. Acting Chair Rick Gramlin moved to close the hearing; Amanda Pike seconded and the motion passed. The board adjourned at 6:58 p.m.
