"We send out bills in April, collected fees through June 30... we collected late payments up through July 31 with the final portion of those being if they were accepted after July 28, then they are on the supplemental list that I brought with me because we couldn't get them on the agenda in time," Raider said. The staff estimate for additional revenue to the solid‑waste enterprise fund was approximately $275,000 with no impact to the general fund.
The board moved and seconded approval of the resolution (with supplemental payments incorporated) and voted unanimously to adopt it. The board noted the convenience of accepting late payments and thanked staff for the work on billing and credits.
