Wrenshall to host Carlton students for band and construction courses under tuition agreements

Carlton is responsible for coordinating and funding transportation for its students and will pay Wrenshall tuition of $624.09 per semester per participating student. The packet cites seven Carlton students for Band and one for Construction.
Both agreements limit Wrenshall’s special-education obligations: ISD 100 will implement IEP accommodations to the extent that ISD 93 provides the applicable IEP modifications or accommodation instructions in advance. The agreements run from Sept. 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025 and may be renewed only by further agreement of the districts.
The district cited Minnesota statutes governing interdistrict instruction and tuition; the contracts include mutual indemnification language and standard terms for proof of completion and dispute resolution. The tuition amounts and transportation responsibility are specified in the signed agreements included in the meeting packet.
