Waskey reminded the public the meeting was being recorded and invited audience comment on items not on the agenda; no members of the public spoke. After the single new-business item (the lot consolidation for 4700 Tate Road) was approved conditionally, staff asked commissioners to sign the recommended motion document before leaving. Waskey announced the commission's next regular meeting for Monday, Aug. 17, 2026, at 7 p.m., and adjourned the meeting at 7:10 p.m.
