The board approved a revised progress-monitoring calendar during its Aug. 5 meeting intended to better align assessment windows with when data are available and to consolidate some interim goals. District staff said the updates were administrative in nature and aimed at improving the match between assessment timing and available data so that goal-related reporting does not require splitting goals across consecutive weeks.
Board member Courtney Jackson moved approval and members voted to adopt the revised calendar by roll call. The district presented the updated calendar and said staff would answer questions from schools as needed.
