The board unanimously approved routine administrative items March 19, including a motion by Councilman Brad Allen and second by Councilman Darren Jantzi to approve the minutes, and a motion by Councilman Janusz Karelus seconded by Councilman Allen to accept the Town Clerk’s February report noting State and Local revenues of $2,387.13.
Town Clerk Deanna Doviak requested a change to voucher timing so vouchers are sent to financial staff a week before the meeting and checks prepared the day of the meeting to be mailed the following day; the change was approved by motion. The board also accepted Angel Mantelli’s resignation; the minutes list the resignation as effective April 30, 2025 and note the effective date is now May 1, 2025.
