The Town of Martinsburg board voted March 19 to set a public hearing and then adopted Resolution No. 1-2025 to accept an access agreement for the Field Day Ground in Glenfield to provide ATV trailer parking.
County Legislator Josh Leviker reported on the request from Jackie Mahoney representing the ATV Trail System. Councilman Darren Jantzi moved to set the public hearing; Councilman Brad Allen seconded and the board voted unanimously to approve both the hearing and the access-agreement resolution. The minutes record that insurance and a Local Law and SEQR will be required before openings proceed.
