After the minutes were approved, the commission addressed a determination of architectural and historical significance for 429 Warwick Road. The commission accepted the village historian’s report that the building, originally constructed in 1893 as a coach house, has been altered extensively and does not meet the criteria for Properties of Special Importance. Following that agenda item, the Chair called for public comment (none), Commissioners moved to adjourn (Watson moved; Djuvik seconded), and the meeting concluded at 7:30 p.m.
