The Board considered Items for Omnibus Vote and approved two resolutions Jan. 20: a $25,000 tree‑trimming program under the Municipal Partnering Initiative (MPI) contract pricing pursuant to the Government Joint Purchasing Act (30 ILCS 525/0.01, et seq.) with Advanced Tree Care, and an easement agreement with Commonwealth Edison for a relocated vault near 604 Green Bay Road.
Trustees declined to pull any item from omnibus consideration. Residents asked about the need to relocate the Commonwealth Edison vault and its cost; Village Manager Kathy Thake addressed those questions. The resolutions were authorized by roll call with six votes in favor and none opposed.
