Kenilworth receives construction update on Lakefront Improvement Project

He presented photos of demolition and excavation and a drone video of the site.
Trustees asked for detail on likely unforeseen challenges, infrastructure installations and weather‑related delays and pressed about impacts to the project’s critical completion path. Cottick and his colleague Paul Attizoni addressed those concerns and described materials procurement and submittal status. President Cecily Kaz closed the presentation and thanked the Bulley & Andrews representatives.
