Supervisor Corcoran read a letter from the not-for-profit Daughters of Sarah seeking use of the Train Station April 18, 2026 for a Women’s Tea Party; Councilman Appler Jr. moved to waive the fee and Councilwoman Sessa seconded. The motion carried 4-0. The board also approved a request from PBA President Bruce Griffing for no-charge use of the Community Center April 25, 2026 for a fundraising event; Supervisor Corcoran moved to allow the request, Councilwoman Sessa seconded, and the motion carried 4-0.
Both permissions were entered in the minutes as correspondence actions; the board recorded no additional conditions or fees for either event.
