After closed session, Salem Lakes board approves MOU with Paddock Lake on sewer, water and boundary agreements

The Village Board entered closed session under Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(e) to deliberate the potential sale of three parcels and to negotiate terms related to the sewer service agreement, boundary agreement and water utility service memorandum of understanding with the Village of Paddock Lake.
After a roll-call vote to return to open session, trustees reported there was nothing to report from the parcel-sale deliberations. The board then voted to approve and sign the memorandum of understanding between the villages of Paddock Lake and Salem Lakes covering the cooperative boundary agreement, sanitary sewer agreement and water utility agreement. The vote was recorded by roll call and carried; the meeting adjourned following the MOU approval.
