San Elizario ISD trustees receive required EISO training; Balanced Scorecard introduced

San Elizario Independent School District trustees met in a special session on Nov. 12, 2024, at the SEISD Administration Office for a statutorily required Team Building and Evaluating and Improving Student Outcomes (EISO) training. Dr. Jodi Duron of MoakCasey, LLC led the presentation, which the meeting record says "include[d] introduction to the Balanced Scorecard." The meeting began at 5:30 p.m. with a full quorum of trustees present.

The training was presented as part of the board's required professional-development obligations and introduced the Balanced Scorecard as a framework for tracking performance across academic and organizational priorities.
