Village approves $30,000 for sewer televising to prepare Phase 2 design

Foreman Wolfe told trustees that Hoerr Construction completed sewer work on the east end and that design for Phase 2 requires sewer cleaning and video inspections on the south side to inform engineering. "Thirty thousand will get us about ten thousand feet cleaned and videoed sewer line," Wolfe said, and he added that the expense is reimbursable under the loan’s design portion.
Trustee Warren moved to approve the spending for televising sewer mains; Trustee Dees seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Wolfe said these videos are needed to create an accurate plan before applying for grants or proceeding with the second phase of construction.
