A resident asked whether the sealed‑bid notice for 1102 Springfield St. will disclose floodplain status; Mayor Morris confirmed the disclosure and noted the parcel cannot be built on because it is in a floodplain. Clare Duran said she was told the gifted house contains significant asbestos and that 90 days may be insufficient; Mayor Morris said an extension would be granted if asbestos is confirmed.
