Kincaid trustees direct attorney to draft social media ordinance tied to employee handbook

Trustees asked for an updated ordinance book and discussed committees to assist with the work; Trustee Paso offered limited volunteer time to help. Attorney Rahar said he will draft the ordinance language and bring it back to the board for review before the village requires employees or contractors to sign any social media agreement.
