Kincaid denies door-to-door solicitation request from CTI, suggests booth or flyers instead

Kyle Levy of CTI attended late and asked the board for permission to conduct door-to-door sales for one week. Trustee Nelson reminded the board that less than 90 days earlier it had adopted a no-solicitation stance and said trustees were not inclined to reverse that decision. Levy said the company could instead host a Saturday booth or distribute flyers.
Trustees agreed a booth or posted notice would be acceptable alternatives. Trustee Paso suggested posting on the village website and options for flyers; Trustee Lawrence suggested distributing printed notices through the post office. No formal motion was recorded to grant door-to-door permission; the board directed the company to use non-door-to-door outreach instead.
