Trustee Nelson seconded the motion and the board voted "All Ayes." The board treated the payments as the final close-out of work described by Wolfe.
The approval came during the meeting's consent-style business and followed the board's earlier review of monthly department reports. The foreman and treasurer provided documentation and invoices in advance; no dissenting votes were recorded.
