The Town of Lowell board reviewed a road-bid posting to be published in the Daily Citizen and scheduled a special meeting and bid opening for June 9, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. Supervisor David Huebner will meet with contractors to show the roads included in the bid posting.
Clerk Kim Mann reported she had received an email from the insurance adjuster about a 2025 storm-damage claim and will contact the insurance company to discuss the claim further. She also said she had sent an April request to the railroad company's claims department seeking reimbursement for expenses related to a 2025 train derailment and will continue pursuing the matter.
