Town of Lowell raises driveway permit fee, adds administrative charge

The Town of Lowell board approved changes to its fee schedule on May 12, 2026. The driveway permit fee was raised from $100 to $200, the wording for Rezoning/Land Division (Rc-1) was consolidated to "Rezoning/Land Division," and a $50 administrative fee was added to the fee schedule; the changes are effective immediately as recorded in the minutes.
General Engineering Company participated in the fee-schedule review; Clerk Kim Mann will update fee forms and the town's website and notify applicants and the Dodge County office of record where appropriate.
