Trustees praise staff and voice concern over ESA vouchers

Summers said voucher proposals "are going to hurt public education," and Board President Scott Muckensturm said the district's message to legislators was "we want our kids funded, don't hold it hostage anymore," urging a public vote on the issue rather than unilateral legislative action.
