County staff announced the launch of the new Comal County .gov website and highlighted features intended to improve public access to alerts and agendas. Miss Feace told the court the old site will redirect to comalcounty.gov and that the engineer's pages and other departmental content have been migrated.
"Our new web address, our new home on the web is Comal County Dot Gov," Feace said, and she pointed to a prominent emergency alert/burn‑ban banner and a 'Notify Me' function that lets residents create accounts and opt into email notifications for agendas and burn-ban status. Staff encouraged residents to update bookmarks and noted the new site centralizes press releases and department news.
Commissioners congratulated the team for the transition and noted the feature will help the public track burn bans and agenda postings.
