President Derrell Ferguson called the meeting to order and the minutes record a quorum of six trustees present: Derrell Ferguson, Jim de Garavilla, Dana Hancock, Jonta Miller, Kenneth Fisher and Kenneth Rulon.
After conducting regular agenda business and a working-session presentation, the board adjourned at 9:19 PM on a motion by Trustee Jim de Garavilla, seconded by Trustee Dana Hancock. The motion passed unanimously. District staff and guests listed in the minutes included Dr. Gregg Weiss, Missy Sundgren, and Dr. Jerry Maze.
