Parks committee cites survey results, schedules Day of Service and Suds and Songs event

Phillips asked to be included in upcoming event planning with Recreation staff; the committee also discussed insurance and transient vendor licensing for a proposed community event at Fairmount Park and noted a social-media post reporting an assault; staff confirmed camera footage was reviewed but no police report had been filed.
