Staff reports: planning training reminder and RBD development-code update approved by council

Staff also reported that the RBD and its related development-code updates received second-reading approval at the City Council on Dec. 17, 2024. The briefing was brief and informational; commissioners thanked staff and had no further questions on these updates.
