Board moves to modernize town website and add planning maps and calendar

The group discussed adding a building-use calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts at town facilities and integrating planning and zoning maps so applicants can find materials before appearing before boards.
The board asked staff to assemble candidate templates and to bring recommended options to a committee meeting for review before selecting a vendor and issuing an RFP if needed.
