"This is a very significant investment into our community," staff said when summarizing the project and the typical ad valorem rebate the county offers for projects of this type. Brandon Lane, local plant manager, told the court that the facility is "off to a tremendous start" and that the company is pursuing advanced product lines including a 6th‑generation radar sensor and autonomous trucking components.
The court approved the economic‑development incentive agreement and authorized the county judge to sign the agreement.
