Council hears ambulance overdose clusters, approves fire-police mutual aid assistance, pursues school-shelter agreement

On sheltering, Borough Manager Michelle Poole told council the Red Lion School District facilities are not currently designated as emergency shelters; to comply, the borough must prepare a Memo of Understanding and obtain a certificate of insurance naming the district, which the borough will present to the school board before returning to council for formal approval.
