The Sinton Independent School District Board of Trustees approved a one-year extension of Superintendent Dr. Andy Reddock’s contract and a 2% raise after reconvening from executive session on Dec. 9, 2024.
Board Member Carol Reagan moved to approve the contract and compensation change, and Board Vice President Danny Lorberau seconded; the motion passed unanimously, 7-0. The board had entered executive session under Texas Government Code for personnel (551.074) to discuss the superintendent’s evaluation, contract and compensation and returned to open session at 11:53 PM before taking the vote.
The action formalizes the superintendent’s one-year extension and the 2% pay increase as recorded in the meeting minutes. No additional contract terms or salary totals were specified in the minutes.
