Several formal actions were recorded at the meeting. The board voted to declare itself the lead agency for environmental review of Anchor Solar PV LLC's application and opened the public hearing. Later in the meeting, after extensive comments, members voted to adjourn the hearing to a future session and left the record open pending a site visit and additional applicant submissions.
The board also classified an abbreviated residential site-plan submission as a Type II action and approved the abbreviated plan as complete after finding the applicant had provided the required checklist items; staff will confirm a missing referral from the town engineer. Additionally, members nominated and confirmed a co-vice chair to share vice-chair responsibilities. All motions passed by voice vote where recorded as 'Aye.'
