Comal County approves cancellation of Lot 2 in Timberman Estates

County staff explained that the owners of Lot 2 in Timberman Estates requested cancellation of the platted lot to consolidate it with an adjacent raw acreage tract, and that state statute provides a process for cancellation after required newspaper postings. Staff recommended approving Order No. 554 to grant the cancellation.
Mr. Balbrick described the property and confirmed the county had met the statutory notice requirements. The court opened a public hearing on the cancellation; no members of the public spoke. On a motion by Commissioner Webb, seconded by Commissioner Crownover, the court approved Order No. 554 granting cancellation of Lot 2, Timberman Estates.
The order will be filed with the cancellation application as required by statute.
