Trustee Doug Neff moved to approve the termination for good cause and Michael Rodriquez seconded; the board recorded seven yeas, no nays and no abstentions.
The action was presented as a formal personnel motion and carried by unanimous vote. The meeting opened at 5:00 p.m. and was adjourned at 5:04 p.m., according to the minutes.
