Maybrook board adopts Rakov annexation and rezones parcel from R8 to R4

Trustee William Giannico moved to adopt Local Law 2 of 2025 (zoning map amendment); Trustee William Treco seconded; the vote was unanimous. The minutes record that the board also adopted Local Law #3 of 2025 effecting the annexation. The actions will be reflected in official mapping and zoning records and trigger follow-up administrative steps to update the village zoning map.
