Talley also arranged that a Team of 8 refresher training be held Nov. 15 from 9 a.m. to noon and said he would secure a speaker.
On evaluations, Talley outlined a schedule: superintendent evaluation materials will follow a January timeline for this school year and directors' evaluations will be administered by Talley using the director evaluation form. The board requested a 15–20 minute refresher on superintendent evaluation procedures and asked that a template be provided; evaluation forms for 'At Will' staff will begin and student and parent committees (ES Student Council and HS Class Officers) will be formed.
