Savoy ISD board approves consent agenda including minutes and financial reports

Board President Jeff Francis abstained with a stated conflict of interest; trustees Mike Bomar, Joe Gilbert, Barbara Malone, Sandy Petree, Brian Pugh and Bear Reed voted yea (Yea: 6, Nay: 0, Abstain (With Conflict): 1). No additional debate or amendments were recorded on the consent items.
