The Village of Marlborough Board of Trustees voted July 14 to accept the June 2025 treasurer’s report, which lists Available Cash on June 30, 2025 as $2,179,848.21. Trustee Doebber presented the figures, which show a beginning balance of $3,677,229.47, receipts of $80,023.85 and disbursements of $59,305.04, leaving an ending balance of $3,697,948.28.
The report includes fund allocations the board noted during the meeting: a Lateral Sewer Account balance of $25,456.71, Capital Improvements of $929,740.12, a Storm Water Account of $1,109,671.57, ARPA funds of $112,350.00 and court funds totaling $2,629.81. Trustee Boergadine moved to accept the treasurer’s report and Trustee Hollander seconded; the motion passed by voice affirmation. Later in the meeting the board approved the presented expenditures by the same voting method.
The board did not change policies or authorize new spending tied to the balances during the meeting; no capital project approvals or budget amendments were recorded. The next scheduled work session was announced for August 4, 2025, if needed.
