The ordinance text was read aloud by Clerk Patti Johnson by title twice before Trustee J. Boergadine moved to accept the bill and Trustee R. Fulton seconded. A roll-call vote was recorded as follows: Chairman Bornmueller — aye; Trustee Boergadine — aye; Trustee Hollander — aye; Trustee Doebber — aye; Trustee Fulton — aye. The clerk entered the bill as Ordinance No. 25-010.
The action follows a work-session review of additions and amendments to the container ordinance; trustees had been asked to forward questions to the clerk before the Aug. 11 meeting. The ordinance was discussed during the meeting under new business and was carried by the recorded vote.
