Marlborough trustees unanimously approve lot consolidation, sketch plan and sewer-lateral amendment

The Village of Marlborough Board of Trustees voted unanimously June 9 to adopt three ordinances affecting land use and sewer-lateral repairs.
Trustee Hollander moved to accept Bill No. 25-007, a consolidation plat for 1242 South Laclede Station Road; Trustee Doebber seconded and the roll call recorded Chairman Bornmueller, Trustee Boergadine, Trustee Hollander and Trustee Fulton as voting aye. The measure passed and was entered as Ordinance No. 25-007. The board followed the same procedure to adopt Bill No. 25-008, approving a sketch plan for the same property, and Bill No. 25-009, amending the sewer lateral repairs program; both passed on identical unanimous roll-call votes.
The ordinances were read by title only twice as required and each was moved, seconded and approved during the meeting. Clerk Johnson recorded the passage and entry of the three ordinances into the municipal record. The meeting minutes reflect that the board confirmed the votes and entered all three bills as ordinances before moving to other business.
Next steps noted by the board include filing the ordinances into the municipal record and, where applicable, proceeding with any implementing administrative steps tied to the sewer-lateral amendment.
