Heritage Pines CDD elects 2025 officers, removes one assistant secretary

The Heritage Pines Community Development District Board of Supervisors voted Dec. 10 to adopt Resolution 2025-01, electing 2025 officers and removing one assistant secretary. On a motion by Michael Walsh, seconded by Carol Vaughan, the board approved the slate naming Kathleen Lonergan as chair and Arthur Rhodes as vice chair, with Michael Walsh, Carol Vaughan and Stephen Putman serving as assistant secretaries.
The resolution also removed Janice Benedetti from the assistant secretary roster while leaving prior appointments in place: Craig Wrathell remains secretary and treasurer, Chuck Adams remains an assistant secretary and Jeff Pinder remains assistant treasurer. The motion carried unanimously. The board noted corrections to prior minutes elsewhere in the agenda, including name adjustments.
