The consent agenda — which passed on a single motion — included routine minutes, the district's monthly financial statements and bills payable, personnel items (hires, one resignation and one retirement effective June 3, 2026) and two vendor contracts: a $15,000 Financial Consulting Agreement with PMA and a $21,478 renewal of the Panorama service for SY 26–27. Brian Liedtke moved approval of the consent agenda and Steve Dlugo seconded; the motion carried.
On separate roll calls the board approved the 2026–27 school calendar (motion by Tiffany Watson; second Steve Dlugo), awarded the Lakeview Gym 1 flooring bid to Consolidated Flooring of Chicago for $100,000 (motion by Megan DuPass; second Steve Dlugo) and approved the Konica Minolta copier/printer proposal at $3,750 per month for 60 months (motion by Steve Dlugo; second Megan DuPass). Each motion passed with the recorded votes: Steve Dlugo — Yea; Megan DuPass — Yea; Brian Liedtke — Yea; Tiffany Watson — Yea; Doug Wiley — Yea.
Board packets list the gym renovation budget under $200,000 and describe additional upgrades paid in part by a Team 66 donation, including AV enhancements and two video boards. The calendar and contract documents are filed in Boardbook; the district will proceed with executing vendor agreements and scheduling installation and follow‑up as needed.
