Council seeks consultant report and contract changes to improve oversight of appointment process

Administration invited council input on specific language and said the mayor's office wanted feedback on where the consultant's skills could be best used. A council member asked the administration to provide the consultant's skeleton report (items such as size, strategy, policies, budget, KPIs and staffing) so council can confirm what will be reviewed and ensure continuity when boards are restructured.
