Mayor Myers administers oath to Alderman Travis Moore; council approves May 19 minutes

During public comment, Penny Flesner asked the council to reconsider posting city employee wages on the municipal website so taxpayers would be informed. Council did not act on that request during the meeting.
On procedural business, Alderman Gruner moved to approve the minutes of the May 19, 2025 meeting; Alderman Hillier seconded. The motion passed by voice vote with six yes votes and two abstentions (Aldermen Hope and Moore). The council adjourned at 7:42 p.m.
