Wigley also presented the list of business privilege licenses issued during the fiscal year; Alderman Kyle Martin moved to approve the list and the board carried the motion unanimously. The minutes note that copies were attached to the meeting packet but the minutes do not include line-item changes or the total dollar amounts affected by the budget amendment.
