Seguin ISD authorizes superintendent to negotiate with MTX General Contractors for Transportation Facility project

Trustee Joshua Bright moved the authorization and Trustee Linda Duncan seconded; the motion passed with Ayes recorded for Bright, Crettenden, Duncan and Guerra.
