Seguin ISD trustees appoint two directors to Seguin Education Foundation

The Seguin Independent School District Board of Trustees on Sept. 24 voted to appoint two trustees to serve on the Seguin Education Foundation Board of Directors. Trustee Denise Crettenden moved to appoint Linda Duncan and Grace Mueller; Trustee Joshua Bright seconded. The motion passed with Ayes: Bright, Crettenden, Duncan and Guerra.
The appointments were made to serve until September 2025. Jill Nash, Seguin Education Foundation director, had presented the Foundation's annual report earlier in the meeting (fiscal year ended Aug. 31, 2024). The minutes do not record discussion of alternate nominees or additional terms; the appointments were recorded as part of action item A.
