The Board also received information about cooperative purchases: $53,064 through the 2013 Purchasing Cooperative (Istation) and $2,699,500 through the Texas 20/TIPS cooperative (including food services and milk contracts), plus $70,800 through TIPS technology purchases and $266,566 via the CTPA cooperative, bringing the disclosed cooperative total to $3,089,930.
The minutes record that the Guadalupe County Tax Office monthly recap for August 2024 was approved as required by the Texas Property Tax Code. Board policy CDC (Local) was cited in the minutes when accepting conditional gifts. The consent vote was procedural and unanimous; no trustee recorded a Nay vote.
